The basis of the article is that one of the causes of family violence in new Uzbekistan is the lack of legal culture. One of the foundations of solving problems is to educate the concept of legal culture in the minds of the population. The article shows the consequences of this problem. This article examines family relationships in young families, important priorities of state policy regarding the institution of family, problems observed in family relationships, and ways to solve them. It also analyzes current issues of adaptation to roles in young families, formation of relationships with parents, as well as activities to develop a culture of order, etiquette, communication and consent of young family members in matters of raising children

Based on the research of modern scientists, the problem of organizing psychological support for the family is considered from the point of view of a comprehensive approach. A unique structural model of family psychological support consisting of four additional programs is developed and based in the article. Their content is explained in detail and methods of practical application are described. Features of the psychological behavior of the family in modern Uzbek society and approaches to it are shown.
