This article describes the theoretical and methodological foundations of studying the socio-psychological characteristics of coping behavior in youth. The focus is on analyzing various approaches to studying coping behavior among young people. Coping models applicable to youth and research methods in this area are discussed
This paper presents a theoretical analysis of the literature on the problem of coping strategies, as well as an analysis of the data obtained during the study of young people during their studies. Particular attention is paid to the analysis of factors influencing the development of coping strategies in young people, as well as the development of recommendations to effectively cope with stressful situations both during training and in future professional activities.
