The article discusses current issues of the formation of socio-economic and legal foundations of family relations in Uzbekistan at the stage of new development. The main trends in the development of the Institute of family and marriage, demographic processes are analyzed and special attention is paid to public policy aimed at strengthening the Institute of family values. The legal basis for the regulation of family relations, the problems and prospects for their improvement will be considered, and conclusions will be drawn about the need to further develop comprehensive measures to improve the socio-economic situation of families in Uzbekistan

This article, using the example of the Turkish experience, studies the role of family mediation in resolving family disputes, analyzes the historical, legal and social aspects of the formation and development of the institution of family mediation in
Turkey, and also describes the reforms carried out by the state for its development, requirements for the individual, specific aspects of family mediation. This work also mentions aspects that can be used from Turkey’s experience in developing the institution of family mediation in Uzbekistan
