In this article, the legal foundations of military social work, the need for legal education within the framework of military social work, the main and most difficult problem in the field of social protection of military personnel is not the provision of their rights by law, but the legal training and legal awareness of military personnel. and it is emphasized that it is sufficient provision of legal culture. Cooperation with state authorities and local self-government bodies in solving the social problems of military personnel is shown to be one of the main tasks of military social work, and it is revealed that ensuring the legal and social protection of military personnel is the most important condition in implementing the legal culture of military personnel

Women who go abroad to engage in domestic work are increasingly seen as an important economic resource, primarily contributing to increasing family income, investing in children’s education and healthcare, and improving housing conditions.
