Specific features of coping strategies of higher education students

In the course of their lives young people encounter various difficult and stressful situations. To a large extent all these situations arise in higher education institutions, where high demands are made on students. These are methods that help a
person to get full information about the existing problematic situation, analyse it and find the right solution. In psychology, coping strategies usually refer to attempts to overcome certain external or internal demands assessed in cognitive and behavioural spheres, ways of coping with difficult situations, states, ways of coping with states, a set of different behavioural strategies, excessive personal resources. Coping strategies chosen by students in different difficult life situations to a certain extent depend on the university where they study, their chosen specialization and level of religiosity. The paper presents the results of the study of coping strategies used by university students
