This article describes the didactic possibilities of organizing independent education based on a creative approach in higher educational institutions. As noted, independent education is a systematic activity aimed at forming theoretical knowledge, practical skills and competencies based on self-mastery of educational material, tasks of different levels of complexity, creative and independent performance of practical tasks in the classroom. Independent work differs from one another depending on the didactic goal, task, level of complexity, who it is intended for (individual or collective). In addition, it is very important to use creative methods in organizing independent education of students.

In this article the scientific aspects of the organization of independent education of students, the theoretical and practical foundations of independent work have been developed, and the processes necessary for independent work of students have been researched. The main forms and types of independent learning of students are described in detail, and the ways in which they can be carried out both in theoretical and practical lesson processes are shown. Methodical recommendations were given in order to attract students to independent work, which in turn is a guide for those engaged in independent education.

The article presents a sociological analysis of the integration process of women who have graduated from vocational education institutions into the labor market. Based on the results of an empirical sociological survey, the study identifies the employment status of female vocational education graduates, the main barriers to their employment, as well as social factors influencing the formation of effective employment. Drawing on the research findings, a comprehensive sociological model for ensuring women’s employment has been developed, along with practical recommendations. This model is based on the interrelation of education, social capital, institutional support, and the socio-cultural environment.

This article examines the problems of ensuring the employment of graduates of vocational education institutions and ways to solve them. Measures such as improving the relationship between the education system and the labor market, adapting educational programs to market requirements, expanding internships and training, and creating jobs are recommended. The
results of the study are aimed at developing practical strategies and new approaches to facilitate the employment of graduates.

Women who go abroad to engage in domestic work are increasingly seen as an important economic resource, primarily contributing to increasing family income, investing in children’s education and healthcare, and improving housing conditions. At the same time, female migration also effects family relationships, social values, and gender roles. The article highlights not only the positive aspects of women’s migration in terms of poverty reduction but also addresses the social problems it can cause — such as family separations, challenges in child upbringing and psychology pressure. The findings of the study are significant for developing mechanism aimed at effectively managing female domestic work migration and protecting the socio-economic rights of migrant women
