Methodology for assessing the level of provision of households with sanitary and hygienic conditions

The results of socio-hygienic monitoring of water supply, sanitation and hygiene conditions and family welfare are the basis for making science-based decisions in improving living conditions and raising living standards in urban and rural areas in order to provide sanitary and epidemiological well-being, in which there are no harmful effects of environmental factors on people and provide favorable conditions of their life. The e-program product (№DGU15113 from February 22, 2022) has been developed taking into account indicative indicators of safe water supply, sanitation and hygiene, that will allow involving population to self-assess level of hygiene in own house, to change attitude and behavior to importance of household hygiene and observance of personal hygiene rules in preservation of family health and well-being on base of introduction of rating on level of sanitary-hygienic conditions in households on all territory of the Republic.

The influence of family microclimate on the emotional state of the individual in the context of anxiety

Anxiety disorders are characterised by excessive fear and worry accompanied by physical tension, behavioural and cognitive symptoms. These conditions interfere with the normal activities of a person’s life, negatively affecting their social relationships, studies and work. The development of anxiety disorders is closely linked to family environment, parenting styles and early attachment relationships. Negative emotions, stress and instability in the family increase the risk of anxiety disorders in children. Children who grow up with insecure attachment and lack of emotional support are more likely to experience anxiety in adulthood. Despite family influence, therapy, family and community support, and mental health awareness play an important role in overcoming anxiety disorders.
