This article analyzes the importance, relevance, and theoretical and practical aspects of developing women’s leadership competencies. In today’s global economic and social conditions, increasing women’s contribution to leadership, enhancing their professional and personal potential is considered as an important task. The article examines the main abilities and skills
of women leaders in the field of management, in particular, strategic thinking, decision-making, team management, innovative
approaches, and leadership competencies in remote work. It also analyzes the principles of gender equality and the directions of its implementation in the workplace. Practical suggestions and recommendations are given on innovative approaches and practical mechanisms that will positively impact the activities of women leaders in the field of management.

Human intelligence has made unprecedented achievements in the field of production, science and education. But there are a number of problems that threaten the current level of development, among which environmental risks are becoming extremely acute. As human civilization inherits a difficult and painful problem to the next generation, there is a high probability
of making the issue even more urgent.
This article analyzes the impact of ecological civilization, a new stage of human development, on the global environment, the tightening of relations between man and nature in production processes, scientific and theoretical views aimed at preventing and eliminating conflicts, and gives practical suggestions.

The article explores adolescents’ perspectives on reading. It was found that peers and family members have a significant influence on adolescents’ reading habits. Based on the data obtained, practical recommendations were developed to promote the formation of a reading culture among adolescents

This article analyzes the essence of family values and the determinants that shape and develop them. Family values
are one of the main factors in the stability of society, manifested as traditions, customs, and spiritual heritage passed down from generation to generation. The article classifies the determinants driving family values from the point of view of biological, social, economic, psychological, and cultural factors. It is analyzed how each determinant affects the strength and durability of the family. In particular, the impact of globalization, migration, technological progress, and social changes on family values will be discussed. As a result of the research, the factors necessary for the preservation and development of family values were identified, and ways to ensure their stability were proposed. This work is useful information for specialists conducting research on family values and the general public.

This study investigates the influence of educational institutions on the development of gender roles via intergenerational social analysis. The study encompasses a historical and comparative examination of educational achievement and the availability of educational options throughout the Baby Boomer, Generation X, Y (Millennials), Z, and Alpha generations.
The influence of broadening educational options on the development of gender roles across generations was examined. Findings are synthesized based on international statistics and scholarly literature, highlighting the institutional importance of education in achieving gender equality.

This article considers the family as a social institution, analyzing the importance of such high values as justice, love, friendship, and solidarity in ensuring its stability and development. The family is an essential part of society and plays a key role in the socialization of individuals. The author explores the theoretical and methodological aspects of family relationships based on the views of thinkers such as Émile Durkheim, Talcott Parsons, George Herbert Mead, and Plato.

The article presents a sociological analysis of trends observed in the demographic sphere amid the transformation towards a welfare state. The impact of these trends on ongoing socio-economic reforms is examined. Furthermore, in the context of social security, national interests related to demographic stability are classified, and the factors hindering their achievement are analyzed using sociological research methods

This paper examines how pre-migration expectations affect post-migration stress among Uzbek immigrants in Russia. Based on a social survey of migrants aged 18-45, it highlights the gap between expectations and reality in employment, integration, and cultural adaptation. The findings reveal that unmet expectations increase stress, while realistic planning and support reduce challenges.

The feminization of migration flows, that is, an increase in the share of women in the total number of migrants, is recognized by experts as a characteristic feature of the latest stage in the development of international labor migration. This is largely due to structural changes in the world economy, which are accompanied by globalization processes. The increasing dominance of the service sector in the employment structure forms the need of developed countries for migrant women employed in unskilled labor in the service sector
