of women leaders in the field of management, in particular, strategic thinking, decision-making, team management, innovative
approaches, and leadership competencies in remote work. It also analyzes the principles of gender equality and the directions of its implementation in the workplace. Practical suggestions and recommendations are given on innovative approaches and practical mechanisms that will positively impact the activities of women leaders in the field of management.

Classification of family values and the determinants that drive them

This article analyzes the essence of family values and the determinants that shape and develop them. Family values
are one of the main factors in the stability of society, manifested as traditions, customs, and spiritual heritage passed down from generation to generation. The article classifies the determinants driving family values from the point of view of biological, social, economic, psychological, and cultural factors. It is analyzed how each determinant affects the strength and durability of the family. In particular, the impact of globalization, migration, technological progress, and social changes on family values will be discussed. As a result of the research, the factors necessary for the preservation and development of family values were identified, and ways to ensure their stability were proposed. This work is useful information for specialists conducting research on family values and the general public.

The role of the educational institution in the evolution of gender roles: an intergenerational social analysis

This study investigates the influence of educational institutions on the development of gender roles via intergenerational social analysis. The study encompasses a historical and comparative examination of educational achievement and the availability of educational options throughout the Baby Boomer, Generation X, Y (Millennials), Z, and Alpha generations.
The influence of broadening educational options on the development of gender roles across generations was examined. Findings are synthesized based on international statistics and scholarly literature, highlighting the institutional importance of education in achieving gender equality.

The role of pre-migration expectations in post-migration stress among Uzbek immigrants in Russia

This paper examines how pre-migration expectations affect post-migration stress among Uzbek immigrants in Russia. Based on a social survey of migrants aged 18-45, it highlights the gap between expectations and reality in employment, integration, and cultural adaptation. The findings reveal that unmet expectations increase stress, while realistic planning and support reduce challenges.
