The article analyzes the socio-legal aspects of the issue of gender equality, which is an integral part of human rights, the relevance of achieving gender equality, the work carried out in this regard, gender analysis, statistics, and the experience of Moldova.

The article with scientific facts notes that the goal of the fundamental changes that will be carried out in our country in 2017–2021 is focused on human interests, especially in the Action Strategy and the Development Strategy, the priority areas of our foreign policy are focused on peacekeeping and mutual solidarity in the Central Asian region.

This article is devoted to the peculiarities of the emotional relations of spouses in the families of migrants, the disclosure of their problems. It also presents the results of research by foreign scientists who conducted research on migrant families.

This article highlights the importance of aesthetic laws in the representation of the female image in the visual arts. The author paid attention to the fact that the image of a woman in a work of visual art obeys the rules of compatibility of artistic form and content, harmony, proportion, symmetry, and unity of opposites.

The reason for failures in the reproduction of managerial personnel in the personnel reserve should not be considered only the shortcomings of the subjects of personnel work or the lack of motivation for self-development among the reserve. Many problems are related to the psychological aspects of personnel training. Psychological aspects literally enter all stages of work
with human resources. If there are positive impulses from the subjects of personnel work towards the reservists, if they are given maximum opportunities to improve their skills, it is more likely that the organizers of the personnel reserve will receive positive feedback from the reservists. This phenomenon is related to the phenomenon of symbiosis, where the positive actions of one side are accompanied by a positive reaction of the other side. The development of personnel reserves has the effect of strengthening in a positive direction. It is also important to take into account the integration of gender aspects in the formation of the personnel reserve, and the article analyzes the results of empirical research conducted on this issue.

The article describes the socio-psychological factors of young people’s attachment to various foreign ideas, in particular their individual psychological characteristics, level of education, the influence of the family environment, peers and the media. And also, socio-psychological issues of prevention of attachment to various alien ideas of youth were discussed.

This article reveals the main sociological theories of elderly and aging processes, their main scientific ideas and foundations in the study of gerontological problems. In addition, based on a scientific approach, the advantages and disadvantages of these sociological views are analyzed, changes in their approaches are justified in terms of the frequency, and the need to create an interdisciplinary unified methodology for empirical research based on these theories is indicated.

This article describes the psychological characteristics of interpersonal relationships of Uzbek migrant families. The article shows the analyzes of interpersonal relations in migrant and non-migrant families by ethnic and gender aspects and the duration of the migration period. Interpersonal relationships have been shown to influence the strength of families. Psychological suggestions and recommendations for correct interpersonal relations are given.

Independent work differs from one another depending on the didactic goal, task, level of complexity, who it is intended for (individual or collective). In addition, it is very important to use creative methods in organizing independent education of students.

Conflictology is a field of science devoted to the theory and practice of preventing and eliminating conflicts, and it can be called the science of the mental hygiene of social and interpersonal relations. Knowledge of conflict management is necessary for every civilized person, because it contributes to the harmonization of human relations. Conflicts arise practically in all spheres of human activity. There is nothing unusual in this.

The results of socio-hygienic monitoring of water supply, sanitation and hygiene conditions and family welfare are the basis for making science-based decisions in improving living conditions and raising living standards in urban and rural areas in order to provide sanitary and epidemiological well-being, in which there are no harmful effects of environmental factors on people and provide favorable conditions of their life. The e-program product (№DGU15113 from February 22, 2022) has been developed taking into account indicative indicators of safe water supply, sanitation and hygiene, that will allow involving population to self-assess level of hygiene in own house, to change attitude and behavior to importance of household hygiene and observance of personal hygiene rules in preservation of family health and well-being on base of introduction of rating on level of sanitary-hygienic conditions in households on all territory of the Republic.

This article presents and analyzes scientifically based information about the role and importance of women in the educational process in the history of pedagogy. Today, it is the most important task for today’s pedagogues to make students feel proud that they have active and courageous ancestors in the past in every field. In this regard, the article provides scientifically based information about the position of women in society and their role in the educational process in the past.

This article is devoted to the place of psychological knowledge in the formation of the image of the commander and involves the study of professional, scientific, psychological training of military personnel in the defense system of the Republic of Uzbekistan. Also in the content of the article, through reasonable sources, the individual image of a person, the psychological image of a person, psychological studies of the socio-cultural functions of the image are widely covered.

The article examines differences in psychological factors and social conditions related to adolescent suicide among men and women. The author emphasizes the importance of taking into account gender-specific features when developing measures for the prevention and treatment of adolescent suicide.
