This article examines the views of respondents on the results of a sociological survey conducted among the population in the formation of a modern family model of the population and the formation of an exemplary family portrait.

This article examines modern family models and criteria. The study provided an in-depth study of the definition and criteria of a model family, as well as scientific theoretical approaches to the study of family strengths. A survey was conducted among the population in the Republic of Uzbekistan to determine the criteria for a model family. The results of the survey show that in our country, the spiritual and moral factors prevail in the lifestyle of exemplary families. Criteria such as mutual understanding and respect in families, loyalty to family traditions, positive parent-child relationships, and family members spending free time together were identified as important.
