Transforming Disengagement into Motivation: Educational Approaches from Abdulla Avloniy and Other Educational Thinkers

This article examines practical methods for combining modern educational ideas with traditional pedagogical insights to turn student disengagement into motivation. Based on the writings of John Dewey, Lev Vygotsky, and Abdulla Avloniy, the study highlights the value of studentcentered learning, individualized education, and supportive learning settings. Avloniy’s moral and ethical philosophy, which is based on his groundbreaking book The Turkic Gulistan, or Ethics, emphasizes the value of hard work, self-control, and intentional education. Dewey’s experiential learning framework encourages active, introspective, and democratic classroom practices, whereas Vygotsky’s idea of the Zone of Proximal Development emphasizes the importance of guided social contact in learning. The article offers a comprehensive strategy for inspiring students and encouraging meaningful interaction in the classroom by combining various concepts.

This article analyzes the content, significance and application features of persuasion methods in social pedagogy. Persuasion methods are one of the main tools in the process of social education for shaping a person’s views, exerting a positive influence and developing a person’s social adaptation. The article highlights the theoretical basis and role of these methods in practice, and shows ways of their effective application. It also discusses the competencies and methods of a teacher in the persuasion process. The possibilities of improving the system of education and upbringing focused on the individual through persuasion methods are analyzed
