Also, on the basis of recent socioeconomic values, the importance of developing modern types and means of providing jobs for rural women, creating new jobs, career guidance, training and retraining of unemployed women is revealed

Based on research and observations, the main forms, causes and consequences of domestic violence are classified, and women are identified as the main vulnerable group. In the 21st century, along with the issues of migration and labor migration, the problem of the impact of migration on the well-being of families is showing its urgency. The article analyzes the process of migration from a psychological and social point of view, and presents the results of research on the role of migration relations in the stability of families.

Global educational and research institutions are actively conducting studies aimed at strengthening the institution of the family, examining the roles of men and women within the family, the position of women in the family, mutual understanding between spouses, emotional intimacy, and the influence of interpersonal relationships on overall family dynamics.

This article analyzes the phenomenon of female criminality through a global lens, comparing data and policy responses from the United States, Russia, Japan, Norway, and Central Asian countries. It explores the main causes, such as socio-economic inequality, family violence, and mental health challenges, and highlights rehabilitation and reintegration strategies adopted in different countries. The article then offers tailored recommendations for Uzbekistan, emphasizing the need for modern vocational training, psychological support, legal assistance, and alternative sentencing. Overall, it provides a systematic, comparative perspective to guide Uzbekistan’s approach to reducing female criminality.
