The article classifies and systematizes the factors of poverty reduction based on the efficient
use of labor resources in the manufacturing sector. It has been scientifically proven that the activation of the efficient use of labor resources at the expense of internal resources that do not require large expenditures at the enterprises of the production network is one of the important factors in reducing poverty, which is considered an acute social problem at the country level.

In recent years in Uzbekistan significant work has been carried out to ensure the rights and interests of women, to strengthen the institution of the family in all aspects. But despite this, there are cases of gender discrimination against women in the society. It is observed that these cases are committed in the family, at the workplace, on the street, and in educational institutions. In addition, there are insufficient opportunities to collect and comprehensively analyze the statistical data that describes the state of violence, the management of the system for early detection and prevention of harassment and violence against women of different ages, legal support, in this field, the rules of interaction of the subjects of the prevention system and the presence of shortcomings in the technologies, issues related to the effectiveness of a comprehensive approach to this issues are the problems that await the solution. Among them, cases of violence committed in the workplace and educational institution are
less researched, and in this regard, the problem is hidden even among women. A sociological survey was conducted in order to study the opinion of women on this problem, to determine the causes and factors of harassment and violence in work teams and educational institutions. The article provides an analysis of the results of the sociological research. At the same time, the article focuses on the work carried out to support women in our country, to prevent the cases of gender discrimination and the concept of harassment, which is one of its types, and offers suggestions and recommendations for preventing oppression and violence against women.

This article analyzes the problems of family and work balance in modern sociological literature. «Family-work balance» and «work-life balance», «family-work» conflict, imbalance in the kinship-parenthood-marriage system, «division of labor between men and women», «gender equality», «division of labor traditional and egalitarian practice», working mother», «professional woman», «female housewife» terms were analyzed as well.

Environmental control is considered as a separate and independent form of control, the sum of interactions between the subject of control and the object, and includes tools such as data collection, their assessment and making appropriate decisions. The fact that public environmental control is carried out mainly in self-government bodies (makhallas), which are a small part of management, indicates a decentralized management prototype and creates the basis for decision-making at the local level. In other words, makhalla is a structure that shows its best qualities in all directions as a small governing body.

This article examines the characteristics of the consumer society and the relationship between the process of changing such traditional values as nationality and patriotism, under the influence of the globalization process. At the same time, the result of the transformation of family values in some societies was carefully analyzed. As a result of the study, conclusions were drawn about the particular importance of mastering innovations and changes taking into account national characteristics.
