Geographical variations in the marriage process in Navoi region

The article reflects the status of the marriage process in the Navoi region. In it,the indicators of the Republic and the region were analyzed and the impact of geographical factors was studied. At the same time, the dynamics of the indicators of entry into marriage in the region for 2000–2021 years was determined and its index was developed. In the region, the indicator of those who entered into marriage at the age of 16–69 years is developed.

Poverty reduction through the efficient use of labor in the industrial sector

The article classifies and systematizes the factors of poverty reduction based on the efficient
use of labor resources in the manufacturing sector. It has been scientifically proven that the activation of the efficient use of labor resources at the expense of internal resources that do not require large expenditures at the enterprises of the production network is one of the important factors in reducing poverty, which is considered an acute social problem at the country level.

Inequality and poverty: experience of solving the problem in Uzbekistan

The article presents global and national trends in income inequality and poverty in recent years. The analysis revealed global trends in the growth of poverty and global inequality in the context of the COVID-19 pandemic, climate shocks and interregional conflicts. The experience of Uzbekistan in reducing inequality through an effective and targeted system of social protection of the population is considered. Further directions of the state policy to smooth out inequality and reduce poverty are presented.
