This article explores the problems of improving vocational guidance systems and preparing unemployed youth in rural areas. Additional, on the basis of improving vocational guidance systems and training unemployed youth in rural areas, the socio-economic importance of the importance of providing rural youth with jobs, reducing unemployment, creating new jobs and increasing the competitiveness of unemployed youth in the labor market has been revealed.

This article contains scientific information about the place of women in society, the role and importance of women in the educational process in the history of pedagogy. Тhis information was analyzed by in-depth study of historical sources and literature. Determining the place, status and certainly the level of enlightenment of women creates a basis for determining the level of culture and spirituality of that time.

The article analyzes formal and informal forms of labor migration, its seasonal, temporal and periodic characteristics. Using the example of some regions of the republic, the influence of socio-economic and demographic factors on migration is studied.

The author touches upon the problem of personality adaptation as a key problem in psychology, as well as substantiates the influence of gender stereotyping on the processes of psychological adaptation/maladaptation of young people.

This article examines the issues of women’s external and internal labor migration, the features of their legal regulation, the state of population migration in Uzbekistan, the causes and factors of women’s migration, cooperation between foreign employers and foreign companies.

The article reflects the status of the marriage process in the Navoi region. In it,the indicators of the Republic and the region were analyzed and the impact of geographical factors was studied. At the same time, the dynamics of the indicators of entry into marriage in the region for 2000–2021 years was determined and its index was developed. In the region, the indicator of those who entered into marriage at the age of 16–69 years is developed.

In the article, the issue of social-pedagogical cooperation of the family, makhalla and educational institutions in the education of young people in New Uzbekistan was studied comparatively and analytically with the experiences of foreign countries, and the education and upbringing of young people in the Republic of Uzbekistan, the development of their spiritual and moral qualities. the results of the comparative study of the scientific research works of our scientists who made their significant contribution are reflected. In addition, the article describes ways to improve social-pedagogical cooperation of families, makhalla and educational institutions, the results of conducted experiments, the results of organized seminars and trainings, proposals, recommendations and conclusions.

The article classifies and systematizes the factors of poverty reduction based on the efficient
use of labor resources in the manufacturing sector. It has been scientifically proven that the activation of the efficient use of labor resources at the expense of internal resources that do not require large expenditures at the enterprises of the production network is one of the important factors in reducing poverty, which is considered an acute social problem at the country level.

The article presents global and national trends in income inequality and poverty in recent years. The analysis revealed global trends in the growth of poverty and global inequality in the context of the COVID-19 pandemic, climate shocks and interregional conflicts. The experience of Uzbekistan in reducing inequality through an effective and targeted system of social protection of the population is considered. Further directions of the state policy to smooth out inequality and reduce poverty are presented.

This article presents the results of a study of factors that determine the number of children in a family in women of reproductive age, as well as the study of the socio-economic and demographic conditions of familiyes.

В этой статье анализируются мигранты по категориям в регионе, а также рассматриваются международные соглашения о трудящихся женщинах-мигрантах. На основе изучения опыта зарубежных стран по регулированию женской трудовой миграции разработаны научные предложения и рекомендации для Узбекистана.
