In today’s globalization process, every independent state, every nation must respect the culture, customs and values of citizens of other nations, along with the issue of preserving their own culture,
traditions, and passing it on to the representatives of the next generation. the issue of bringing them and treating them in a friendly manner remains relevant. In the general declaration of UNESCO on the diversity of cultures, culture is considered as a set of cultural-material, intellectual-emotional signs belonging to society and social groups in the world, it includes the way of life of people, their ability to live together,value system, traditions and beliefs. the necessity, respect for every culture, tolerance and solidarity are the guarantee of international peace and security.

In the article, without denying the positive features of global socio-cultural processes, some of it’s mutually exclusive factors, the fact that socio-economic interests are becoming one of the main driving forces of globalization, the impact of the concentration of regions considered as centers of globalization on our social security, and clash of cultures is assessed.

The way in which the problems of citizens were considered at the state level was unique in different periods and in different countries. In the history of Uzbek statehood, the issue of studying the problems of citizens and their solution positively shows the relationship between the state and citizens. In their reports to the emir, officials reported on the expression of gratitude by citizens
who turned to them for favor. The analysis of the studied documents shows that the code of the Emir of Bukhara served as a vestibule where the head of state listened to the problems of citizens and considered them legally, based on the principles of humanism.

This article researches the ways of improvement of the efficiency of investment policy in the service sector, formation of investment funds in the service sector, investment methods and tools for the development of the service sector on the basis of public-private partnerships, the network structure of business entities in the service sector within the framework of the state investment strategy, mechanisms for determining their effectiveness, ways to ensure the participation of the private sector in the management and financing of socially significant strategic projects, some restrictions on the implementation of the public-private partnership mechanism, criteria for systemic identification and classification of public risks, as well as effective ways to implement the public-private partnership mechanism.

This article discusses the population density and high-altitude location of the Navoi region. The factors influencing the territorial settlement of the population were studied. In the location of the population in relation to the relief, the height of regional settlements above sea level was determined on the basis of electronic programs. Localities were divided into small groups according to their height, and on this basis regional areas were divided into groups. The height of the settlements was studied to enter the steppe-steppe and foothill regions, and it was during the study that the desertsteppe region itself (up to 0–400 meters) was divided into three more small groups. It was found that the increase in height has its effect on the content of various forms.

The interaction of the manager of the school with his employees, the psychological environment in the group, the effectiveness of the activity largely depends on the management style used by the manager. Management style is a set of usual behaviors used by the leader in relation to his
employees, among them in terms of work organization. There are different approaches to differentiating a management style, none of which can be called a perfect style for a management situation. Each method has certain limitations. Depending on the situation that the leader faces in his work, it is appropriate to use any of the appropriate methods. Therefore, the leader should know the system he manages well, correctly assess its condition, imagine its future appearance, and be able to involve the employees participating in the implementation of changes. This article presents the results of the research on the socio-psychological conditions of the formation of leadership qualities in modern education managers.

Divorce has different consequences, as family separations occur for different reasons. This article describes the consequences of family divorces, including socio-psychological consequences of divorce, consequences for children and society. In addition, beside world the domestic experience were cited on the topic.

This article describes the development of social media in Uzbekistan, and some factors influencing it. Also, it presents a brief analysis of approaches of some experts towards the concept of “social media”. The current state of social media in Uzbekistan, the share of users in the use of social networks and mobile messengers are based on the analysis of statistical data. In addition, some problems and negative situations in the field of social media in Uzbekistan are analysed in this article.

Employment of the population in rural labor market and reduction of unemployment, as a complex socio-economic phenomenon, requires comprehensive research. Based on this, the article studies the elements and tools of an effective socio-economic mechanism for increasing employment in rural areas.

The socio-economic significance, content, and essence of the development of the service sector, structural transformations implemented in the industry, types, and characteristics of services according to classification criteria, as well as the features and principles of effective development of the service sector are examined in the article.

Labor migration is a situation that arises on the verge of a crisis in the local labor market. The International Labor Organization identifies the following main types of labor migration: contract labor, migration of skilled labor and illegal migration. It should also be born in mind that there are significant problems in the analysis of migration processes. In particular, in most cases migrants
are exploited and their rights are violated. The increase in the international mobility of intellectual
labor resources in the country is also due to the fact that migration is poorly regulated.
