State-citizen relations in the history of Uzbek statehood

The way in which the problems of citizens were considered at the state level was unique in different periods and in different countries. In the history of Uzbek statehood, the issue of studying the problems of citizens and their solution positively shows the relationship between the state and citizens. In their reports to the emir, officials reported on the expression of gratitude by citizens
who turned to them for favor. The analysis of the studied documents shows that the code of the Emir of Bukhara served as a vestibule where the head of state listened to the problems of citizens and considered them legally, based on the principles of humanism.

Main directions of development of the service sector in neighborhoods based on public-private partnership

This article researches the ways of improvement of the efficiency of investment policy in the service sector, formation of investment funds in the service sector, investment methods and tools for the development of the service sector on the basis of public-private partnerships, the network structure of business entities in the service sector within the framework of the state investment strategy, mechanisms for determining their effectiveness, ways to ensure the participation of the private sector in the management and financing of socially significant strategic projects, some restrictions on the implementation of the public-private partnership mechanism, criteria for systemic identification and classification of public risks, as well as effective ways to implement the public-private partnership mechanism.

Economic and social aspects of the territorial organization of the population of Navoi region

This article discusses the population density and high-altitude location of the Navoi region. The factors influencing the territorial settlement of the population were studied. In the location of the population in relation to the relief, the height of regional settlements above sea level was determined on the basis of electronic programs. Localities were divided into small groups according to their height, and on this basis regional areas were divided into groups. The height of the settlements was studied to enter the steppe-steppe and foothill regions, and it was during the study that the desertsteppe region itself (up to 0–400 meters) was divided into three more small groups. It was found that the increase in height has its effect on the content of various forms.

Socio-psychological conditions for the formation of leadership qualities in educational managers

The interaction of the manager of the school with his employees, the psychological environment in the group, the effectiveness of the activity largely depends on the management style used by the manager. Management style is a set of usual behaviors used by the leader in relation to his
employees, among them in terms of work organization. There are different approaches to differentiating a management style, none of which can be called a perfect style for a management situation. Each method has certain limitations. Depending on the situation that the leader faces in his work, it is appropriate to use any of the appropriate methods. Therefore, the leader should know the system he manages well, correctly assess its condition, imagine its future appearance, and be able to involve the employees participating in the implementation of changes. This article presents the results of the research on the socio-psychological conditions of the formation of leadership qualities in modern education managers.

are exploited and their rights are violated. The increase in the international mobility of intellectual
labor resources in the country is also due to the fact that migration is poorly regulated.
