A clear sociological assessment of the impact of effective organizational mechanisms for employing employment among rural youth

This article, from a sociological point of view, clearly assesses the impact of the effective organizational mechanisms developed by the authors on ensuring the employment of rural youth. On its basis, the important socio-economic significance of the development of modern types and means of providing employment for rural youth, the creation of new jobs, orientation of unemployed youth towards a profession, training and retraining is revealed.

A complex sociological model for ensuring women's employment

The article presents a sociological analysis of the integration process of women who have graduated from vocational education institutions into the labor market. Based on the results of an empirical sociological survey, the study identifies the employment status of female vocational education graduates, the main barriers to their employment, as well as social factors influencing the formation of effective employment. Drawing on the research findings, a comprehensive sociological model for ensuring women’s employment has been developed, along with practical recommendations. This model is based on the interrelation of education, social capital, institutional support, and the socio-cultural environment.

A sociological approach to gender relations

One of the concepts that causes wide discussions in sociology - gender, has been comprehensively studied in foreign countries. At the same time, the specificity of gender relations under the influence of cultural factors leads to different interpretations of the concept of gender. This is also influenced by the fact that in the interpretation of this concept in the social sciences, a unified attitude towards the concepts of masculinity and femininity has not been formed. On these grounds, the concept of «gender» has acquired its own meaning in Uzbek society, and these features are analyzed in the article using the approaches of modern sociology.
