It examines provisions on ensuring safe and supportive living conditions, preventing violence and discrimination, and safeguarding access to education. The study reviews recommendations from the UN, UNESCO, OSCE, and other international organizations, as well as mechanisms implemented in various countries to support female students in line with international standards.

The article explores adolescents’ perspectives on reading. It was found that peers and family members have a significant influence on adolescents’ reading habits. Based on the data obtained, practical recommendations were developed to promote the formation of a reading culture among adolescents
