The article deals with the values of women in foreign countries on the example of Canada. Ensuring gender equality in Canada, women’s participation in economic, political, social and cultural life, supporting women’s entrepreneurship. Productive programs of state support for women’s entrepreneurship, dissemination of the experience of successful programs through women’s conferences, financing of women entrepreneurs, business development, their economic independence, well-being, elimination of violence against them, strengthening the legal rights of women.

In the article, the 21st century as a fast information exchange, its various forms, the development of the digital economy, the development of international business, the improvement of media education, and serious changes in many other areas, that such development is rightfully a product of the global Internet, global information It is pointed out that the world, together with its positive achievements, is the reason for the increase of negative changes in the spiritual worldview and culture of young people.

In this article, the issues of women’s labor migration, their legal regulation, foreign labor migration, employment of migrant women, agreements signed with foreign countries taking intoaccount the labor legislation, issues of improving the legal and organizational foundations of legal and safe implementation of labor activities abroad are considered.

The article highlights the processes of globalization that taking place in the world, the need for future teachers to carry out educational activities in the process of increasing the social activity of young people in order to modernize the educational and educational system on the basis of the latest achievements in the development of science, the content, purpose and function of the concept of educational activity.

This article philosophically analyzes the effect of the phenomenon of women’s migration
on the institution of the family, the moral problems of migrant families, and the need to support migrant women at the international level. In particular, attention is paid to the fact that the protection of the rights of migrant women is one of the main problems in international relations, and that their rights are recognized in many UN documents, conventions and declarations.

This article presents information about the didactic possibilities of organizing independent education based on a creative approach in higher education institutions. It is emphasized that independent education is a systematic activity aimed at forming theoretical knowledge, practical
skills and qualifications based on independent mastering of educational material, assignments of different levels of complexity, creative and independent performance of practical tasks in the audience and outside the audience. In this article, using panel data on family divorces in the country, we analyzed the interaction of family divorces in the regions, their number, the number of unemployed, population density and real incomes, external migration and the level of housing provision. On the basis of such models as “Pooled OLS estimator (POLSE)”, “Fixed effects estimator (FEE)”, “Random effects estimator (REE)”, econometric equations were developed and analyzed.
