The article examines one of the actively developed problems - the development of communicative competence among psychology students in the modern education system, as well as an analysis of psychological literature on this issue. The study covers current aspects of formation and development of communication skills of future specialists in the context of modern challenges and requirements for professional activity.

In this article, in order to increase the activity of the education sector of Uzbekistan today, new opportunities are created for employees based on international standards, and international experiences of further improvement of the motivation system to increase work efficiency are analyzed. The development of necessary proposals and recommendations in modern management is taken into account.

The article analyzes the measures taken in the Republic of Georgia regarding human rights, family and women’s support, gender equality policy. In addition, the role and cooperation of state bodies and civil society institutions in the provision of human rights will be discussed. In the article, the author gives examples from the experiences of the organizations he was able to visit. It also makes suggestions regarding the issues that can be taken into account regarding the support of the family and women in Uzbekistan.

Environmental control is considered as a separate and independent form of control, the sum of interactions between the subject of control and the object, and includes tools such as data collection, their assessment and making appropriate decisions. The fact that public environmental control is carried out mainly in self-government bodies (makhallas), which are a small part of management, indicates a decentralized management prototype and creates the basis for decision-making at the local level. In other words, makhalla is a structure that shows its best qualities in all directions as a small governing body.

The family is considered the most important source of socio-economic development of the society, elimination of family conflicts, strengthening of its spiritual level, preservation, stability, development of the role of women in the family have always been urgent issues. In this article, the social essence of family stability is analyzed from a philosophical point of view.

This article discusses the methodology for researching gender relations, the content of methods used in the study of problems of intergender relations, and their specific aspects. In particular, the significance of using qualitative and quantitative methods, the complementarity of these methods
and the range of possibilities in assessing the implementation of gender equality were analyzed.

The article contains a general analysis of innovative methods used to develop the speech of primary school students. Innovative methodological tools used in foreign countries for the development of speech of primary school children and their comparative analysis were carried out. Today, in working with students, modern trends in conducting lessons using various innovative methods, taking into account the age characteristics of primary school students, stand out.

The article examines differences in psychological factors and social conditions associated with adolescent suicide. The author draws attention to the importance of taking into account the gender characteristics while developing measures for the prevention and treatment of adolescent
suicide.

Today it is believed that autism spectrum disorders in children arise from biological causes and are the result of disturbances in brain development. The sooner a specialist begins to assist in the child’s development, the easier it will be for the child to adapt to society in the future. The article
also emphasizes the importance of helping school-age children.

The article presents the results of a sociological study, mechanisms for increasing the socio-political activity of women, ensuring their active participation in building a civil society, increasing the social and political knowledge of women who are members of the party, ensuring their use of rights, developing active civic views, personal aspects to create wide opportunities for the formation and realization of personal potential.

Domestic violence causes not only physical but also psychological damage. Domestic violence mainly affects women and children. This article reveals the factors and causes of domestic violence, as well as the incidence of domestic violence in Europe.

This article argues that social control is a set of practical actions taken to ensure the development of various sectors of society and eliminate existing problems, that its various forms go through certain stages in different periods of history and that it exists in a society where any democratic values are a priority . Processes and reforms cannot be implemented without direct public participation.
The organization of public environmental control, first of all, relies on the legal framework, the correct organization of the mechanisms that implement it, in addition, the conscious actions
of the subjects of control, public organizations, youth associations, volunteer citizens serve to ensure the stability of the system and it was emphasized that environmental control and its legal the basis for ensuring environmental stability are an important issue for the development of the activities of civil society institutions.

In the article, the problems related to the increase in the number of elderly people in the population, the transition of people to the old age group are theoretically analyzed from the point of view of sociology and gerontology. It also elaborates on the concepts of elderly and old age as well as the criteria set for them based on different approaches.
