Psychological foundations of the values of a modern woman

Modern society, with its changeability and uncertainty, is changing the view of women and their position in it. Despite the persistence of discrimination in some spheres of social life, women are striving for equality by acquiring certain skills characteristic only of men. Thanks to these skills, women are able to make decisions independently, provide for their families, hold high positions
and lead a life independent of men. By independently overcoming life problems, a woman acquires
a number of qualities that shape her character, her behaviour in society, and her life guidelines.
However, despite this, the transmitted female image shows manifestations of kindness, support, humanity, gentleness, empathy, responsiveness, adaptability, restraint. We also note the prevailing negative attitude to violence, acute experience of rudeness and injustice, lowered requirements for innovation, they learn educational procedures faster, their own attitude to family and children is more clearly defined, and they are more restrained in assessing gender.

Intergenerational relations: as a principle for developing national culture

The article draws attention to the importance of preserving culture in the historical process of generational change. The inextricable link between culture and education is emphasized. The main component of society, the conflicts in intergenerational relations in the family, the conditions for support and stability between generations, are considered. The closeness of relations between generations forms families, families together build society, intergenerational relations, the

Ways to ensure employment for female graduates of professional educational institutions

This article analyzes the issues of ensuring the employment of women graduates of professional education. The problems of young women in finding a job, the mismatch of educational programs with the requirements of the labor market, and the lack of practical experience are solved by improving professional skills, expanding internships and internships, creating jobs, and providing state support. The results of the study indicate practical measures aimed at increasing employment for women.
