In the article, the content of the concept of gender relations is revealed based on the approach of sociology and psychology. It raises the issues of determining the main trends and perspectives on gender relations through the analysis of scientific works on gender in research.

This article examines the connection between socio-economic dependent behavior, which is increasing every day in our country, with priority orientations as an individual based on research results obtained in the Jizzakh, Syrdarya and Khorezm regions of our republic. The article is devoted to the experimental significance of priority orientations of the individual and analysis of the results of a study conducted to study the priority orientations of the individual in the behavior of people prone to socio-economic dependence.

From this point of view, communication is the most important factor that influences the strength of families, which is analyzed in this article and proven with examples. Also, at the end of the article, conclusions and recommendations regarding the problem being analyzed are given.

This article, from a sociological point of view, clearly assesses the impact of the effective organizational mechanisms developed by the authors on ensuring the employment of rural youth.
