This article provides a sociological analysis of the economic and legal aspects of ensuring women’s informal employment in Uzbekistan. It also discusses the main features of women’s informal employment, its positive and negative aspects, causes, measures, and mechanisms. The final part provides conclusions, suggestions, and recommendations.

This article extensively covers the current significance of forming national-spiritual and modern values in the family environment, and the content of reforms being implemented in Uzbekistan in this regard. Also, the significance of national-spiritual and modern values in the system of family values was analyzed from a socio-psychological point of view.

This article substantiates the relevance of research of early marriages and presents the purpose and methodology of the research. The results of a sociological research conducted to study the attitude of parents towards early marriages of young men and young women were also analyzed, scientific proposals and recommendations for the prevention of early births were developed.

This article philosophically analyzes the effect of the phenomenon of women’s migration
on the institution of the family, the moral problems of migrant families, and the need to support migrant women at the international level. In particular, attention is paid to the fact that the protection of the rights of migrant women is one of the main problems in international relations, and that their rights are recognized in many UN documents, conventions and declarations.

Global educational and research institutions are actively conducting studies aimed at strengthening the institution of the family, examining the roles of men and women within the family, the position of women in the family, mutual understanding between spouses, emotional intimacy, and the influence of interpersonal relationships on overall family dynamics.

This article analyzes the phenomenon of female criminality through a global lens, comparing data and policy responses from the United States, Russia, Japan, Norway, and Central Asian countries. It explores the main causes, such as socio-economic inequality, family violence, and mental health challenges, and highlights rehabilitation and reintegration strategies adopted in different countries. The article then offers tailored recommendations for Uzbekistan, emphasizing the need for modern vocational training, psychological support, legal assistance, and alternative sentencing. Overall, it provides a systematic, comparative perspective to guide Uzbekistan’s approach to reducing female criminality.

Topical issue of sociological analysis is the main issues and aspects of family values, various stages of formation and development of a young family as a component of the social institution of the family and its specific functions, material and spiritual needs of a young family, their causes and consequences, as well as ways to achieve them are discussed in this article. In addition, using the example of young families, opinions were expressed on the influence of such events as significant
changes in marital and family values in modern society and the solution of family problems.
