Abstract

The reason for failures in the reproduction of managerial personnel in the personnel reserve should not be considered only the shortcomings of the subjects of personnel work or the lack of motivation for self-development among the reserve. Many problems are related to the psychological aspects of personnel training. Psychological aspects literally enter all stages of work
with human resources. If there are positive impulses from the subjects of personnel work towards the reservists, if they are given maximum opportunities to improve their skills, it is more likely that the organizers of the personnel reserve will receive positive feedback from the reservists. This phenomenon is related to the phenomenon of symbiosis, where the positive actions of one side are accompanied by a positive reaction of the other side. The development of personnel reserves has the effect of strengthening in a positive direction. It is also important to take into account the integration of gender aspects in the formation of the personnel reserve, and the article analyzes the results of empirical research conducted on this issue.
