Abstract

This article discusses the conditions and factors of remote employment in Uzbekistan. Based on the analysis of the scale of remote employment and its constructive aspects faced by the subjects of the labor market, specific methodological approaches to systematizing the advantages and disadvantages of remote employment have been studied. Since the concept of «remote employment» is still a new phenomenon and unfamiliar from a terminological point of view, the emergence of this new term was studied.
