Maqolada O‘zbekiston mehnat bozorida xotin-qizlar raqobatbardoshligini oshirishda sun’iy intellekt va raqamli texnologiyalarning amaliy ta’siri tahlil qilinadi. ILO, OECD, UNICEF, Jahon banki ma’lumotlari hamda milliy tashabbuslar (Digital Uzbekistan–2030, One Million Uzbek Coders, Uzbekistan Digital Inclusion, Yulduz Tech Awards) asosida olib borilgan tahlil ayollar ishsizligi va soha segregatsiyasi saqlanayotganini ko‘rsatadi, biroq masofaviy ish, qayta tayyorlash va onlayn ta’lim orqali kirish to‘siqlari kamaymoqda. AI vositalari mehnat unumdorligi va ish qidirish ko‘nikmalarini oshirayotgani, davlat grantlari va hududiy dasturlar esa inklyuziv rivojlanishni rag‘batlantirayotgani qayd etiladi. Shu bilan birga, ma’lumotlardagi og‘ishlar va algoritmik adolat masalalariga yechim sifatida etik AI boshqaruvi, gender-sezgir siyosat va STEM ta’limi muhimligi asoslanadi
