The phenomenon of parental infantilism, which includes financial dependence and the inability to manage one’s own family, affects the country’s economic and demographic situation. However, due to the complex nature of this phenomenon, its multiple causes, and the impact of socio-psychological factors, it has not been sufficiently studied as a research topic. Modern social conditions, the intensification of information flows, socio-economic changes, and crises lead to shifts in values among the youth. This article presents a comparative analysis of the social-psychological research on the manifestation of infantilism among parents.
