This article explores the importance of developing oral and written speech competence among future educators, as well as the role of such factors as speech technique, phonetics, multimodal methods, practical training, and stage speech in their professional preparation. Special attention is given to the priority of speech culture in teaching activities, effective communication with students, and the development of skills to express ideas clearly and accurately. The article concludes with suggestions and recommendations for improving the speech culture of primary school teachers

It is emphasized that a man’s contribution to ensuring a healthy environment in the family, resolving conflicts, and strengthening well-being is invaluable. The article analyzes the role of men in leadership, patience, communication culture, and responsible decision-making from psychological, social, and moral perspectives. The author presents theoretical information about the role of a man in
the prevention of family conflicts, provides basic concepts, scientific approaches, and views of Uzbek scientists on this topic. Also, the need for active participation of men in ensuring family stability is substantiated on the basis of scientific-theoretical and practical examples.

Avloniy’s moral and ethical philosophy, which is based on his groundbreaking book The Turkic Gulistan, or Ethics, emphasizes the value of hard work, self-control, and intentional education. Dewey’s experiential learning framework encourages active, introspective, and democratic classroom practices, whereas Vygotsky’s idea of the Zone of Proximal Development emphasizes the importance of guided social contact in learning. The article offers a comprehensive strategy for inspiring students and encouraging meaningful interaction in the classroom by combining various concepts.
