The need to develop the management competencies of women leaders

Abstract

This article analyzes the importance, relevance, and theoretical and practical aspects of developing women’s leadership competencies. In today’s global economic and social conditions, increasing women’s contribution to leadership, enhancing their professional and personal potential is considered as an important task. The article examines the main abilities and skills
of women leaders in the field of management, in particular, strategic thinking, decision-making, team management, innovative
approaches, and leadership competencies in remote work. It also analyzes the principles of gender equality and the directions of its implementation in the workplace. Practical suggestions and recommendations are given on innovative approaches and practical mechanisms that will positively impact the activities of women leaders in the field of management.
