Important directions for preventing risks arising from migration based on the principle of "Safe Makhalla"

The article analyzes the factors that negatively affect the stability of families, and important aspects of their elimination on the basis of the principles of “safe territory” and “safe makhalla”. The article also describes the role of self-governing bodies in preventing the risks associated with migration.
