Xotin-qizlar bandligini oshirishda iqtisodiy islohotlarning ahamiyati: Yaponiya abеnomikasi tajribasi
Annotasiya
Ushbu maqola Yaponiyada xotin-qizlarni qo‘llab-quvvatlash Abenomika siyosati doirasida amalga oshirilgan dasturlar, uning mehnat bozoridagi ishtiroki hamda rahbarlik lavozimlarida rivojlanish darajasini tahlil qiladi. Shinzo Abe boshchiligidagi hukumat tomonidan qabul qilingan “Womenomics” siyosatining ayollar uchun ish shart-sharoitlarini yaxshilash va ijtimoiy muammolarni yengishga qaratilgan chora-tadbirlar muhokama qilinadi. Maqolada “Work Style Reform” dasturi orqali ish vaqtini optimallashtirish va masofadan ishlash imkoniyatlarining ayollar uchun ahamiyati hamda ruhiy salomatlik va ijtimoiy qo‘llab-quvvatlash dasturlari ko‘rib chiqiladi.
