Some thoughts and considerations regarding the structural analysis of the concept of legal consciousness
Abstract
The article highlights the structural analysis of the concept of “legal consciousness”, the content of the concepts of “right” and “consciousness”, linguistic, philosophical and legal analysis of these concepts, their specific place in the structure of the word combination “legal consciousness”, the role of the words “truth (from Arabic)”, “istimina” as the basis of the concept of “right”
