Psychological aspects of promoting gender equality in science
Abstract
The article examines the contribution and role of women scientists in the cultural and social development of society. In addition, the government’s focus on strategies and recommendations to increase women’s participation in science, as well
as the main barriers to their professional advancement, are discussed. Successful programs and initiatives aimed at supporting and inspiring women in science are presented, emphasizing the importance of gender equality for innovation and progress in the scientific community
