Development of patriotic qualities in female students through critical thinking

Abstract

The article explores the psychological and pedagogical conditions for developing modern patriotism among female philology students in Uzbekistan. Special focus is placed on critical thinking as a foundation for conscious patriotic sentiment. The concept of “modern patriotism” is examined, alongside gender-specific aspects and the role of women in education. Survey results and pedagogical practices confirm the importance of critically informed patriotism as a key indicator of civic maturity.
