The article highlights the role of creative intellectuals, particularly the Jadid movement and Iskhokhon Ibrat, in laying the groundwork for the Third Renaissance. It analyzes the development of national cinema and spirituality, the educational activities of the Jadids, their contribution to strengthening national statehood, and current objectives. The life, work, and scientific heritage of Ibrat are studied, emphasizing his role in societal progress. The harmony of the Jadids’ ideas with the New Uzbekistan Development Strategy, their significance in preserving national values and educating youth, is highlighted
