This article provides a philosophical analysis of the development of the social protection system for low-income families in Uzbekistan, focusing on state policy, the interaction of civil society institutions, and individual roles in this sphere. The author emphasizes the state’s role as a guarantor, the solidarity of society based on moral and ethical values, the importance of social justice, equality, opportunity creation, and the necessity for the development of innovative and IT-based mechanisms of social
protection. The article attempts to present the modern Uzbek experience in alignment with theoretical foundations.

The moral climate in student residences: internal balance and relationships

The role of female domestic labor migration in ensuring family welfare and reducing poverty

Women who go abroad to engage in domestic work are increasingly seen as an important economic resource, primarily contributing to increasing family income, investing in children’s education and healthcare, and improving housing conditions. At the same time, female migration also effects family relationships, social values, and gender roles. The article highlights not only the positive aspects of women’s migration in terms of poverty reduction but also addresses the social problems it can cause — such as family separations, challenges in child upbringing and psychology pressure. The findings of the study are significant for developing mechanism aimed at effectively managing female domestic work migration and protecting the socio-economic rights of migrant women

The primary objective is to examine the legal, political, and institutional initiatives undertaken by international organizations and evaluate their impact on gender reforms in Uzbekistan and the Central Asian region. The article employs an analytical approach based on international documents such as CEDAW, the Beijing Platform for Action, and practical initiatives by UN Women, UNDP, ILO, and others. The scientific problem addressed is the gap between international normative frameworks and national gender policies

The role of the educational institution in the evolution of gender roles: an intergenerational social analysis

This study investigates the influence of educational institutions on the development of gender roles via intergenerational social analysis. The study encompasses a historical and comparative examination of educational achievement and the availability of educational options throughout the Baby Boomer, Generation X, Y (Millennials), Z, and Alpha generations.
The influence of broadening educational options on the development of gender roles across generations was examined. Findings are synthesized based on international statistics and scholarly literature, highlighting the institutional importance of education in achieving gender equality.
