Experiences of CIS countries in resolving family disputes through mediation
Abstract
This article reveals the advantages of using the mediation method in solving family disputes on the example of the countries of the Commonwealth of Independent States. Also, it is discussed about the aspects that can be paid attention to and implemented in the legal system of our country regarding the practical application of alternative ways of eliminating family disputes.
