Mazkur maqolada ayollar migratsiyasi fenomenining oila institutiga ta’siri, migrant oilalarning axloqiy muammolari, xalqaro miqyosda migrant ayollarni qo‘llab-quvvatlash zarurati falsafiy jihatdan tahlil qilingan. Xususan, migrant ayollarning huquqlarini himoya qilish xalqaro munosabatlardagi asosiy muammolardan biri ekanligi, ularning huquqlari BMTning ko‘plab hujjatlari, konvensiya va deklaratsiyalarida e’tirof etilayotganiga e’tibor qaratilgan.
