Abstract

The current era of digital transformation is posing new challenges for the education sector. The process of guiding students towards professions based on modern labor market requirements necessitates the improvement of a socio-pedagogical approach. In this process, the implementation
of innovative technologies, development of digital skills, and adaptation of the educational process to
the labor market are considered urgent issues. This article analyzes the factors that contribute to the
development of socio-pedagogical support for career guidance in the context of digital transformation.
