Hong Kong's experience in effectively organizing the migration of women domestic workers
Abstract
The largest part of the world’s population lives in the Asian region, and the largest share lives in China. The diversity of the population structure, high birth rate, annual increase in the number of elderly people create the basis for the formation and development of female housekeeping in the region. The article examines the emergence and prospects of the profession of domestic servants in Hong Kong, one of the largest cities in China.
