The role and importance of the neighborhood institution in social state management
Abstract
This article provides a detailed analysis of the concept of a social state and the role of the mahalla institution within its structure. It analyzes the educational and social functions of the mahalla based on national values, the mahallabay system, legal foundations, practical outcomes, and its role as a link between the state and society. Special attention is also given to the importance of the mahalla in building a just and cohesive society.
