Theoretical and psychological foundations of "burnout syndrome" in pedagogical activity
Abstract
This article presents reflections and viewpoints on the theoretical and psychological foundations of emotional burnout syndrome in pedagogical activity. In the current era, the modernization of the education system requires teachers to possess high professional competence, innovative pedagogical approaches, and continuous self-development. At the same time, pedagogical work differs from other professions due to its emotional, intellectual, and social complexity.
