The role and content of legal knowledge in school curricula
Abstract
This paper analyzes the role and content of legal education in school curricula. It highlights the continuity of legal upbringing, interdisciplinary integration, and the development of students’ legal awareness, responsibility, and civic engagement. The study examines the stages of introducing legal concepts in primary, secondary, and upper grades, emphasizing their significance in shaping legal culture among youth.
