Reducing the scale of intellectual migration among young people and improving sorting mechanisms
Abstract
This article examines the issues of reducing the scale of intellectual migration among young people and improving regulatory mechanisms. At the same time, it is stated that despite the fact that the rights of citizens of the Republic of Uzbekistan to work abroad and study foreign experience in certain professions and specialties are guaranteed by the legislation of the country, there are also those who travel to other countries illegally and become victims of human trafficking
