A systematic analysis of the reduction in productivity of family members due to conflict

Abstract

This article provides a comprehensive analysis of the impact of family conflicts on labor productivity. It explores how family-related issues influence employees’ psychological well-being, physical health, and workplace behavior. The study proposes the introduction of psychological support services within organizations, promotes a healthy work–life balance, and emphasizes the importance of developing employees’ stress management skills to mitigate these negative effects. Additionally, it highlights the need to develop modern electronic testing platforms for conducting in-depth studies on the psychology of family relationships. The article uncovers the multifaceted link between family issues and productivity, offering practical recommendations to address these challenges.
